Re: EDIT feature turned off??
I vaguely remember something about it only being active for 5 or 15 min or something like that.

Re: EDIT feature turned off??
ahh.. That might be.
Interesting, that must be a new "feature".. It used to be editable for forever. Or maybe I just don't edit posts enough

Hey Koos
Yeah, it's relatively new. Posts can only be edited for 15 minutes after submitting. If you need an edit to a post, contact a moderator.

Re: EDIT feature turned off??
It's ok, adding a reply to my for sale will change price and bump

Re: EDIT feature turned off??
Sorry for the late reply.
Yes, we did change the feature to put a reasonable time limit on edits for typos and such (as a result of a member going back and mass-editing their past posts, many of which were controversial, which is not what the feature was intended for).
We should probably make it different for ad listings, for exactly your use case. I will look into this. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

Re: EDIT feature turned off??
If you can, please also make it available for Dive Site listings. I was going to update a few of my Dive Site posts the other day but couldn't.
Re: EDIT feature turned off??
Thank goodness, now I can fix my Swype spelling mistakes! :-)
