Seems my critter finding eyes need some maintenance Tuesday morning at an indecent hour I have to go in and get cataracts removed from my right eye so maybe I'll be back up to my normal critter finding again soon. Down part is 3 weeks with no diving.
Rich - sorry to hear, but pleased that there is readily available treatment. My Mom had similar surgery and even artificial lenses put in her eyes. It was so successful she forgot she had had the surgery!
Miss diving with you!

Thanks the replacement lens is part of the procedure. They take out your old cloudy lens and replace it with a new one made with your RX. I watched a video on it and it looks pretty cool. Pretty much a rite of passage for us old farts from what the doctor says.
Thanks everyone for the good wishes. Should be good as new in a couple of weeks.
There are people who pay good money to have multi-focal lenses inserted just so they don't have to wear glasses. They show it really isn't much of a risk. I know I like mine and not having to wear glasses for the past years.
