John, I'm with ya buddy.

The whole decompression thing seems so "voo do". I have a feeling that in 100 years they'll be looking back at us the same way we look at the Wright brothers. "Yeah, they sort of understood the theory but man, they had a long way to go."

Thanks for sharing those. Both stories are long but well worth the read. Interesting observations on the gravity issue. That hadn't occured to me.

I think I know the answer the following question but, here goes. I am putting together a doubles rig. I lack a first stage for my Atomic Z2 and was wondering if I need to use only a Atomic brand or will something else also work? Thanks

Welcome! It's probably a typo, but I have to ask - did you get Hyperthermic (too hot) or Hypothermic (too cold)? There is such a thing as being too hot underwater too - I experienced it in Hawaii in a wetsuit that I REALLY didn't need... the next dive was in my swim trunks. In PNW waters, I'm guess...
