Edmonds 11-20-10
The conditions at the site were less than perfect this day so we decided to call our dive after surface swimming out to the end of the jetty. After we packed up our gear 2 divers at the shore were having trouble so myself and another diver went to give assistance getting out of the water. We helped ...

Re: GPO MISSING ?
The most disturbing part of all this is that it is legal to harvest GPO's year round  thru out the sound with the exception of Marine Area 12 which is Hood Canal. You can legally take one per day with no size limit you just cant spear it. Can you imagine what would happen to a diver that came o...

Do you have room for a 3rd? I am driving from Vancouver but could meet at 1:00 easily. I dont have doubles but I do have 120's. Were you planning 1 or 2 dives?

Need dive buddy for Wednesday the 23rd
My regular dive buddy is working and I want to get wet. Have 38 dives 17 since February in the sound. Open water certified. I was thinking Alki 2 or Redondo. If you are in the Vancouver Wa area I can drive as I have a company car and dont pay for gas.
Give me a call.

Friday at Redondo
I took my brother from CA to Redondo so he could be assured of seeing a GPO. We saw Pepper under the first boat and another under the 3rd on the first dive. He was in a rented wet suit :questionmarks: so we had an extended surface interval so he could warm up for the second dive. On that one we went...

Saturday at Redondo.
Vis was great. 40+'. New at this what does fsw mean? Also lots of hermit crabs and more schools of fish than I have ever seen in my 15 dives in the sound.

Re: Clear Lake Dives 8-15-09
Nice pics Pat. That first dive to the south was extremely cold. In a wetsuit me and my dive buddy were freezing to the point where my fingers hurt into the bone. After warming up by the fire (thanks by the way  ) and food I was good to go for the 2nd dive. This time we went north like you with...

Diving after ear surgery
Is there anyone out there that has had an ear drum graft surgery been able to return to diving? My Dr. says that I wont know until I dive for the first time if I will be able to clear that ear to continue diving. I would really like to hear from anyone that has been thru this. :chrisnjoe: :smt119 Th...

My trip to Baja April 09
Well I thought it was time to recap my trip to San Sebastian Baja just north of Loreto on the sea of Cortez. :angryfire: We got there Saturday afternoon after leaving San Jose at 9:00 Thursday night. :tappingfoot: We spent Saturday getting our trailer unloaded and getting set up at my brothers house...

New to the club
Hello everyone. I heard of this site from Georgia Arrow. She saved my butt 2 years ago during dive 3 of my certification. Couldnt Don the BC in 5' swells and she had to push me back to shore. Any way I have been doing a few dives in Baja with my brother in april the last 2 years. Water temp is still...
