2 weeks ago yesterday, I was taking my gear down to the water at Jorstad and jumped 2 Bald Eagles and a gaggle of Turkey Vultures. Couldn't figure out why they were there until we spotted the deceased seal behind a log. Yesterday we returned to find him pretty picked over and moved out on the beach....

Found a Yellow/clear mask with built in glasses at Sund yesterday in about 10ft of water not to far north of the parking lot.

I have the SI techs on my Fusion as well....... Leaked on EVERY dive!! I tried everything I read, waxed the oring, seal-savered the oring, licked the oring (gets the dive groups attention).. Then found a buddy to help me "snap" them on.. Haven't been wet since..

Thanks everyone.Kate, yes that was Jeanie you talked to in the parking lot. She broke her ankle at Hoodsport while taking her OW test in Jan. She's mended and now is taking 2nd OW cert dive on Sat. Hopefully, she'll be OK to finish and we can horn in on one of the BBQs.

I dove Redondo Beach last Saturday, and there sure were a lot of divers having fun. So I asked a guy named Rich (Dusty2), and he filled me in on this Northwest Dive Club group.
