4XL 7mm one piece wetsuit - Akona Quantum Stretch

Barely used wetsuit - the owner used it on 6-8 dives and 1 snorkel outing before he lost weight and had to switch to a 3XL because the stretch doesn't help that way!

$150 OBO. In Tacoma.

Stolen Instructor Materials

A friend of mine had his truck broken into yesterday, and while no dive gear was stolen - they did take his PADI training materials - including a Divemaster Crewpak, Instructor Crewpak, and his EFR Instructor Crewpak.... along with his logbooks. If you'd keep your eyes out for these attempting to ge...

NWDC Member Laura Nominated for Conserves Hero Award - Vote!

I didn't see a post about this already, sorry if I missed it and this is a repost. The lovely Laura has been nominated for a Cox Conserves Hero award - which I think is highly deserved... and bonus for the local community if she gets the award Cox will make a donation to the non-profit of her choice...

1GB xD card trade for your smaller card?

Dear All, I have an Olympus 5050Zoom. My relatives kindly bought me a brand new 1GB xD M+ card for it.... I installed it only to find it won't work due to the 5050 only accepting up to 512 xD or 1GB CF. I now have a gorgeous new 1GB xD card that I can't use and can't return... and still no functiona...

Cove 2 Line Cleanup? Or other suggestions?

Hi All, I am looking for some info for a young soon-to-be Eagle Scout. He is a certified diver, as are a bunch of his troop members, and he wants to do an underwater project for his Eagle Scout rating. He asked me if there are any sites that need to be cleaned up/restored in the area. Frankly, one m...

Lost: Very Pink Weight Belt (with no weights) at Cove 1

Hi All, If you come across a hot pink weight belt in Cove 1, could you let me know? It had no weight in it and was dropped in 5 feet of water between the pipes and the pilings. It was being used as a 'dummy' belt for Rescue practice. In case you all feel tempted to go perform search and recovery out...

I found a new friend at the Junkpile - at Alki. Please excuse the somewhat blah photos, this was my first dive with my camera where it worked for more than two pictures (story for another time). I don't recognize this.... any thoughts? My only guess was something in the Snailfish family, but I thoug...

Re: Albino Rockfish

Thank you guys for the replies. I unfortunately don't recall the eye color, my buddies were less engrossed in this particular fish so I had to stop staring at it sooner than I would have like. That settles it though, next week I dig my camera out and start really taking UW pictures!! I did find this...
