Offshore capable. Goes through chop like buttah, unbelievably smooth ride. If you're tired of rattling your ...

Re: Innovative Scuba Concept Phantom Hoses

A deco reg I purchased about 6 months ago came with a 40" Phantom hose, and I have a 7' Miflex on another reg. To me the Phantom looks and feels pretty much like the Miflex, i.e. somewhat thinner than a rubber hose, with a double braided outer covering. IME the Phantom hose has the same 'floppy...

Quake predicted - are your cylinders well stowed?

Hi All, The guy who predicted the Loma Prieta quake in '89 is predicting a good-sized shaker in the PNW this week: http://www.nbcbayarea.com/news/local/Next-Big-One-Coming-This-Week-118361879.html Prolly nothing, but it reminded me that good cylinder storage is just common sense when living in earth...

Good deal on LP cylinders if anyone is building a bank. These are ~2200 psi bottles from a Fire Department.

Nice meeting you too Dale! Yep I had a day of squirting from both ends but am much better now. :breakdance: Mmm... it's hard for me to get away during weekdays. Weeknights and weekends are very workable though! So we could do a late afternoon / early evening splash on a Thursday if that's good for y...

Re: Looking for information on 4th Element

I really like 4th E - I have the SubXero, Arctic, Xerotherm and drybase sets, and have owned them since Feb '09. They are holding up very well and I am pretty hard on my gear. I've put a small hole (1/4") in the outer layer of the Arctics, but other than that they appear to be in excellent shap...
