My dive shop in Florida understood that if you gave friendly service to everyone no matter what, and weren't snotty then the customer would come back.

Hello All,
Me and my husband just moved to Seattle, WA from south Florida. Where we were both avid cave divers.
We are hoping to find some good wrecks to dive out here, and this board seems like a good place to start.
