Interesting survey. Asked some fairly technical data about scrubber performance that I had to look up. I suspect that all of us know the scrubber duration but not necessarily the millibar of PPO2 at rated duration and depth. HAHA - I knew there was a reason i didnt even bother looking at the survey...

Get a nice screen protector, and battery upgrade kit/cover, mine turned out like this.. shearwater.jpg :angelblue: Looks like you need to upgrade the firmware on that one to V37 and you can do that by going to the Shearwater website. Enjoy your new, fancy bottom timer :-) Great Choice !!!!

I just discovered that I left my aluminum 40 bailout tank, reg and my Jet Fins at Mukilteo last weekend on the top of the sea wall :-(

I think you will find that most rebreather manufacturers will not recommend putting a Secure on their rebreather, it does increase the work of breathing (WOB) on most units. That said, a lot of people do, and the high flow model is the one to use if you are going to install one. I have found the key...

Actually, there is a lot of difference now between the LCD Pursuit and the OLED Predator. The Predator has a "Dive Planning Mode" An even better "Menu" system Multi color Display with a really nice "Warning System" Longer battery life More options with the decompresion...

I always carry one my rebreather, batteries, video equipment and dive computers in a backpack and one rollerbag, the total weight ends up at about 90 lbs. I would never take the chance in checking this part of my gear, I have seen way to many problems with TSA and the airlines, I want to be able to ...
