This is were I keep running into problems, I guess the pic. is two large but I don't seem to be able to size it down to fit the exceptable perameters. is there a method for doing this? I tryed to just type in different size values in the bar lines provided but it didn't work.

I will be there between 3:00 and 3:30 as well.
