Re: Cozumel in February
I second Aldora and Casa Mexicana. Very professional dive op and Casa Mexicana was very clean and nice for the price. The plus side of this hotel is you are walking distance to so many great restaurants and shops in San Miguel.

Galapagos liveaboard recommendations
Looking to book a liveaboard trip to the Galapagos Islands and would greatly appreciate first and second hand recommendations about operators to consider. It will be for one diver and one nondiver. I have heard that some operators have a good amount of shore time that would be more appealing to my n...

Will they remove the T dock?
I read this article in the Everett Herald today. Hope we won't loose the T dock as well. It has actually been the capitol "I" dock since the first time I dove there in 2010.

Re: NYE South Sound Dive
Do you have a separate thread with pics of your PTB adaptor? I have looked at the price and thought about fabricating my own as well. Its half the price of the upgrade. BTW, I have a Cuda 600.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Neah Bay water temps.
I have dove Neah Bay twice in the past. August 2012 and August 2013. I didn't log the water temps but do remember being cold after all of the dives. I just dove Seiku Rocks and Neah Bay breakwater this last weekend and didn't record a water temp below 58 deg! Max depth was 35'. I was practically swe...

Re: diving in current
Check out this web page with animated tides and currents on NOAA charts. Once you learn to work with it and any offsets needed for your specific dive site you will be amazed how easy diving around the sound can be. I use it religiously for boating and diving. Remember, they are tide and current pred...

Nice report and pics! I can't wait to get down there. I'm going with the wife and her two kids. I will dive in the mornings and then snorkel with them in the afternoons.

Current Cabo Pulmo dive shop recommendation
I'm headed to Cabo Pulmo in a couple weeks and looking for current dive shop recommendations. I searched this topic and 2015 was the most current info I could find.
Thanks for any info you can pass along!

My resolution is to get a new battery for my Cuda 650 and dive more with my old buddies. Also not to become a warm water wussy. Life has been too busy the last couple years.

Re: HOG high pressure seats
The reg set I rebuilt during my class had the exact same issue. IP would ramp up for no reason and free flow a second stage. New HP seat and no more problem. Scott said it was a known issue to him. Makes me sort of leary.......

Re: What conditions can we expect from the Clay Wall tomorrow
The clay walls at Mukilteo light house park are current sensitive and wind can generate a strong surface current above the top of the sand slope. Hope this helps.

Re: Lots of Dive gear, complete singles/doubles setups, etc.
I am interested in the Weasel Extreme and the turtle fins.
How does the Weasel fit on you and how many dives on it? I am 6'-0" and 205 lbs.
I will be over to Seattle this coming weekend so pick up shouldn't be a problem.
