For me with the same gear set up the answer is none. I normally dive a pound or so heavy that the 1.5 lbs that my pony represents doesn't make that a big enough difference that I notice it I just add a shot of air to the wing to adjust. Others I sure are so dialed in that 1/2 lb one way or the other...

Dave glad you were wrong. A lodge's insurance policy does not come out in part of my check book. Was that Thompson if so do you know the boat name. Anywhich way it goes it was a big $$$ error unless they needed to repower , rewire , renew eltronics, and lights etc anyway bummer :-(
