I settled on the BARE TECH DRY Tri-Lam Was the best fit with a polar undergarmet. Great customer service and lots of dealers. My son had one made for him also, was a Tri-Lam also, but his was made a little different and cost was considerably less then the Tech Dry. I decided on the Tri-Lam due to th...

Re: The canal

My son and I dove Sund Rock Yesterday the 11th and the Vis was slightly worse then the weekend prior. I would say 15-20 above 30ft ( sunny day ) and maybe 20 ft at 30ft and below. Temps were reading 42 degrees surface. More particulates were floating around making vis slightly less. but not snotty. ...

Re: Message in a bottle

Thanks for the info elisea. Do you have any local blogs or information for the Local Cashes ??

I was thinking more along the lines of a prize rather then a Log Entry item, which would involve and assist in the local dive shops?

Am I thinking to far outside the box ?

Re: Shore Dives I have not dove yet.

Octopus Hole pretty easy to remember. Once in water look down shoreline to the south, there is a snag tree hanging over the water about 50 yrds away ( can't miss it ) . Low tide you can walk to it ...high tide its a surface swim or waist deep back pedal. Once there swim straight out from snag about ...
