Re: Collapsed lung after snorkeling?

Hi Matt. You will probably never know what caused your buddies injury. Some folks are born with or develop a weakness in the membrane surrounding their lungs. Something as simple as a cough or a sneeze could have caused the injury. Glad your buddy is ok and will live to snorkel another day.

Re: Parking around PS

One approach, if you have a buddy (you do have a buddy, right?) is to pull up, unload the heavy gear, and then take the car away to wherever you can find parking. Buddy stays with the gear, and you then walk to him with the lighter stuff. Another approach is to have a hand truck for the heavy stuff...

Parking around PS

Ok, I'm not from the PS area, tho I have plans in the near future of diving there. I have been lurking and think I'm getting the idea that a lot of the dive sites have trouble with parking areas. Is this true? If so, how do folks hawl their gear to the water, and how far? Just wondering out loud...

Welcome BnB. I'm pretty new here myself but have found a lot of good stuff on this forum. I'm kinda land-locked but hope to head out your way sometime. Who knows, maybe we will splash together some day.

Very nice pics! One day I will be a good enough diver to take a camara down with me. Till then I'll just have to loook at all the pics here.

When I drove in to work this morning my truck read a balmy -21. Upon my return tonight it had warmed up to a wapping -16. I'm gonna hold off on going diving for a few days

Re: Howdy from Montana

DB, wow! Plentywood! That is almost over in ND! I have been there a couple of times. I'm a medic and work on a flight service out of Great Falls. Every once in a while we get called out there. Usually in the middle of the night, hehe. BTW, as I'm writing this the old temp says -8. Stay warm!!!
