They are still availible. Sorry about not placing the price, asking $50.00. They have only been used a few times and look like new. I have pictures, but can't figure out how to post here. First come first served.

ScubaPro Jet Fins (for Sale)

For sale, a pair of ScubaPro Jet fins. Only used three times. They are a size XXL and a little large for me. I find the XL was a bit to small, but the XXL are to big. PM if you are interested. I have two pictures, if you are interested.

Amy,

If the #2 son has not mentioned it, count me in. It sounds very interesting.

My son and I were at Redondo last night, but did not find any fins. We did find a snorkel and then lost it again. I was a new one, so if anyone is under the wharf you could find yourself a new snorkel.. :axe:

Very cool. Whiteboard currently makes one very similar. I set it up for a command center a few years back. It was just not as fluid and clear. I like the idea of having a slate that works the same.

Cool vid......

Ron,

That sounds great. My son and I are diving tomorrow, depending upon the weather. Most likely in the PM around 2 or 3pm. We will most likely be at Les Davis or Redondo.

Check your PM, I sent a response.

Thanks.

I don't know about finding a plastic cover but I use a film cover that works great on mine. You can find them here http://www.shieldzone.com I started using them on my PDA & camera screens and the shield has worked well on my dive computer as well. But I don't have any thing close to 100 dives o...

Thanks for all of the comments. I had asked others as well and the majority of individuals indicated to not use, because some of the things mentioned here. It is not recommended to use an AED when moving or when the victim or area is wet. However, I have ran across some information that indicates so...

Using an AED with a Diving Victim

I just completed Red Cross' CPR & AED training. I asked them about using an AED with a diving victim and they did not have a direct answer. Does anyone know if there is a specific AED for diving or if the likelihood of using one is small since we are around water? I am more curious if any of the...

Janna,

The web site indicates the training is for intermediate divers. What does this mean. My son & myself may be interested, but I only have 15 dives and he has 25.

Thanks.

Salem area diving over the holidays

My family is going to be in the Salem, Or area for Christmas and we are looking for a place to dive. I was thinking of Detroit Lake, but was not sure. Does anyone know of any spot around the area for half a day of diving?

Thanks.

I just got back from there, but could not dive because of the weather. The wind was from the East at 10 - 15 mph so no one was going out from the Keys or Ft. Lauderdale. I had a charter scheduled through American Dream and Capt. Todd was really great about everything. He even recommended a couple of...
