I've never encountered a current remotely like you describe there in over 60 dives on the site (typically at least a couple times a month) on all exchange sizes, and I never consider the exchanges when I dive there. I have encountered some current, and adjusted my dive by going into the current the...

Three Tree can be dove any time, any tide. If the current is strong you may have a little struggle if you go to the south {left} of the entry towards the point. Er...I did a dive at Three Tree where we ended up pulling ourselves along the bottom with our knives for about 10 minutes - it was the onl...

You can use the ruler tool on Google Earth if it doesn't need to be exact.

According to that, it's roughly 870 feet from shore to the top of the T and 280 for the length of the T.

How do you feel about camping? I've been thinking for a while that we should do a club camping trip to the Olympic Penninsula. Camping at Crescent Lake would put us close to the lake (obviously), Salt Creek State Park, and Neah Bay.

I'm curious how they compare to Salve/Dive Rite etc. -Valerie Last year I dove with Diver_C (35w salvo), Pez (21?w salvo), and a friend (green force, not sure which one) at sund rock. There really was no comparision, the green force was a yellow light...

It looks like popeye....I've seen it on aquarium fish. It's usually caused by trauma, but if both eyes have been affected it's probably a symptom of a bacterial or fungal infection.

Sad, because it's unlikely to clear up on its own.

I am assuming these are eggs, but what kind? The first was found at Day Island Wall, the second at Titlow. <a href="http://picasaweb.google.com/PenelopeStJohn/DIWAndTitlow012008/photo#5157835800864270642"><img src="http://lh4.google.com/PenelopeStJohn/R5RQVWBOqTI/AAAAAAAACgs/fOTbNMv_y...
