This is a pretty stupid question, and a pretty stupid scenario and knowing that I know this,
What are the effects of a Tsunami BELOW the surface?
If you were at 30 feet would you be effected? 60? 90? 130? And if they do effect the shallow depths do Tsunamis wreck reefs and environments?
