If you decide to make your own o-rings, I bought the cord from The O-Ring Store in Idaho. The Buna N50 is softer than the rings that come with them and seem to be easier to get the gloves on and off. Looks great. I also have a Beneath the Surface tray. I added a trigger system to it before my trip to Cozumel. It works great!! Really handy to use the shutter without letting go of the handle. Forgot to mention I hit dive #800 at Punta Tunich. Which I was extremely grateful to do. Considering dive 798.5 was a treacherous downwelling as mentioned in the OP. Took the ferry today with tanks. Pulled up to ticket booth, paid for the crossing and drove off. No questions, no problem.

I'm off work this Thursday so I'll join in. Love this place.

How much did that affect your bouyancy? Thinking you could drop a fair amout of weight.

I did that a couple times and decided to have separate regs for warm and cold. Didn't feel comfortable taking the reg apart to switch back and forth every time. Can't be good for them.
