Lost Oceanic Geo 2 at Rockaway Beach
The title pretty much sums it up. It's grey with a strap extender attached. I'm decently sure that I forgot my computer on the top of my car when I left there around 3:00 pm today. I know there were a pair of divers who went in as my group just got out. Their tanks had vip stickers from Sound Dive C...

Point Whitney 9/28-29
I'm looking to do a pony test dive on Monday or Tuesday (my days off) and am looking for a buddy. I have an AL30 mounted that I'm comfortable diving with. The calculators say that I should use just under 19 scf of air getting up from 130ft with an 8 minute stop and 11 scf from 90ft with a 5 minute s...

What's the water temp at Lake Crescent?McGlencoe wrote:
Lake Crescent was an amazing 100' or so on Sat and Sun (12th/13th). It was incredible to keep dropping down, seeing the bottom, but taking forever to get there!

Found: Drysuit at Rockaway
i found an Apeks Drysuit at Rockaway beach today. It looks like it's made for a tall, thinnish person and is a bit worn. Let me know if you know where it goes.

Mike Waymire and Bret at Sound Dive Center in Bremerton! Caution: don't dish it out to Bret if you can't take it! A couple of good guys with more collective time underwater than the Ranger. Basic open water and dry suit courses every month and a rescue diver course starting July 23rd.

Rockaway on Sunday (6/28)
Hey all, I want to get a last dive in before taking a military funded cruise through the North Pacific. I'm pretty set on Rockaway Beach Sunday at high slack. Meet at 3:45. Splash at 4:30. I'm only going to be doing one tank then probably dinner on the island or in Poulsbo. I'm bring two fresh guys,...

Re: South Pacific to the PNW
I've been diving with the crew at Sound Dive Center in Bremerton and have my weight dialed in. 26 pounds with HP 100s. I'm diving Rockaway on Sunday afternoon if anyone wants to join.

Just let me know when and where. I'm coming from Bremerton and have room for two more divers in my car if someone wants a ride.

Re: Any dives going on Sunday?
I'm game for any of those. I think I'd prefer Titow or Sunnyside over Redondo and Pt Hudson over all three if we can get in the water at slack. I'm diving with nitrox 34 so my mod is 103 feet.

Re: Any dives going on Sunday?
I'd love to. Do you know the sites well? I've only been to Illahee and Alki so I'd prefer a place that you're comfortable with.

New to PNW Diving
Hey All, I'm new to diving the area and would like to go out with someone who knows the area. Take me to your favorite dive site or anywhere with water. I tried to go last Sunday (Rockaway Beach) and couldn't sink. I was using an Xcel 7mil Thermoflex wetsuit with 30 pounds and an AL 80 tank. In Guam...

South Pacific to the PNW
Hello all, I recently (January) got qualified to dive in Guam and now I want to keep going in the area. I have 20 logged dives there and am certified through advanced open water and nitrox. I found out yesterday that 30 pounds with a 7mil wetsuit isn't enough to to get me underwater and want to get ...
