Re: Craigslist deals
Hey folks. Long time since I posted as I moved out of the country. I'm back in town working on clearing out my storage unit as I won't bother to move most of this stuff (not sure I could get my tanks hydro/vized in Europe as I am not sure they use the same standards...i.e. these tanks are stamped DO...

The PST HP120 is galvanized (forgot to mention).
And I have a bunch of Faber MP100s with white finish and DIN valves. Looking for $200/each

Re: WTB: LP steel 108 or 121
I also have a PST/USDivers HP120 like in the craigslist link above. 3500psi. Lots of capacity in a smaller package. Fairly tall, but shorter than the LP125s.
DIN valve of course.
I would sell the HP120 for $200.

Re: WTB: LP steel 108 or 121
I have 2 Faber/OMS (grey) LP125s. They are big, but huge capacity when bumped. I had them doubled up a couple years ago, but was way bigger than I needed.
They have DIN valves of course.
Would probably be looking for $250/ea. They might be out of viz and if so, I would knock that cost off.

Re: Scubapro G250 Graphite ?s
Think most of them are interchangeable except the graphite. I believe that model has slightly different parts than all the others. You can try to make it fit from another (like an HP) but it isn't quite right. Poppet different too...all metal.

Re: I Took The Plunge
Since I started diving dry...which was my first dive after OW class...i only use my drysuit for bouyancy under water. i don't like the shrink-wrapped feeling, and if your bouyancy is good, you won't be dumping/adding-cold-air all the time so the warmth is good. putting my argon setup together which ...

worm id?!?
So coming in from a night dive at cove 2 last week... had a super aggressive little critter running into my buddy and my mask as we were coming up in the shallows. No camera sadly, never seen one before (but I am new to this). It looks like a worm that is relatively flat, but has little cilia (or so...

Do a little testing on the switch and see if you can find where the issue is. I'm sure it can be fixed, but how easily and how much $$$ is another story. i have had a C4 eled be intermittent lately. giving it a hearty rap with your palm on the rear end made it start working again... some sort of co...

Honestly, with 44 dives you shouldn't be going to the I-beams. They'll still be there when you have more experience, and to be quite frank... they're not that great anyway. that's an interesting statement. just pondering that since i have gone to the i beams more than anywhere else and I am a new d...

Looking for older shell drysuits for new divers...
Have an older drysuit laying around? Got too many friends into diving at once. They really need to find drysuits now so there is less friction between them and diving. Looking for older USIA aqua-pros (or similar model) shell drysuits with undergarment for friends that have just gotten into diving. ...

Plus, if those were a viable option, how would you counter the weight of water in the boat? Too much stress on the hull? he hasn't responded yet, and I have done a few de-sinkings on smaller scale. the weight of water on the inside of the hull isn't an issue unless you brink the boat up high in the...

I have some 7" OMS Stage bands. Not particularly useful to me since 7" doesn't fit that much. They are new OMS stainless. Nice bands if you can use them. Or maybe you have a brilliant idea about how to put them to use without a 50 or 72...feel free to share! ---- on another note, been thin...
