Re: Si Tech Glove Lock QCP vs. BARE Lock-Rings
Consider KUBI dry glove rings. Metal version of those plastic ones.

I'm in. Probably gonna drag a dive buddy with me. I plan to be early for 2 dives. Tides look great.

Do you think it would be big enough for a cold water international trip?

Re: Tank input
Use steel in NW waters.
I use the 117's and 119's because they are shorter and I like longer dives. 120's are a pain in my ass.

Re: Yakima Dive Club's Talk Like A Pirate Adventures
Every year The Pirates take over Hoodsport and I'm glad to be part of the crew. Lots of interesting creatures under the sea, saw my first Golfball crab at Flagpole. Unfortunately there are no pictures, so it didn't happen. I didn't see 8 Octos' or about 40 Wolf eels either. Stupid rules.

A guy with a dive boat will get about as much attention as an attractive woman asking people to put sun tan lotion on her back.

Re: Yellowstone Diving
In fact I've dove Yellowstone 2 times. Water was cold, 38 degrees. Lake Yellowstone is at apx 7800 feet. Like most lakes there isn't much to see. BUT there are some amazing underwater geological features. If you know were to find them. We used nitrox 36% with a 50% deco bottle. (I'll use 100% next t...

I use a Suunto SK8 on right hand. Between the dry glove rings and my T-rex arms that's the only place that works for me.
