You might try contacting Bruce Higgins and/or talking to the folks over at Underwater Sports in Edmonds. Bruce uses large plastic drums for lifting boulders at the Edmonds Underwater Park. The only way I know to contact Bruce is to show up Saturday or Sunday morning at 9:00am at the underwater park ...

Those are really different tanks 120 is very tall and skinny - unless you are 6ft+ you might have a tough time with these. 130 is modestly tall and fat - fairly easy diving tanks except for the weight issue.
