I really like Owen Beach, but you have to enjoy looking at and for the small stuff. If you don't, you won't like this site. Yep, I have the auto log-on checked. If I log out, when I log back in I can read the posts, but when I try to respond, I have to log in again, each time I try to reply to a post.

I've never been tipped for OW/AOL classes, but then my work schedule rarely allows my being able to follow thro with an entire class either (I work 12 hour evening/nights/alternate weekends). Not that I'd turn it down if it ever happened, but certainly that's not the reason I help out.

I used to live in West Texas, and it's true, there is nothing there, but the Davis Mountains are very cool, and Balmorrhea is supposedly spectacular, with crystal clear visibility. Never made it there myself, but someone I worked with did scuba dive there and raved about it.
