Shout out to George Barron
Me and a couple other Bubbles and Suds members joined the Mukilteo Parks and Arts Commission meeting last night. There were a few speakers explaining how important our Mukilteo dive site is to not only us as divers, but the eco system currently at the site itself. George has been doing a lot of work...

naw, at 60 feet our water temp fluctuates about 3-4 degrees, the top layer may be warmer though. 60 feet looking at about 45-48 degrees F. A 7mm would get you going though.

Not having wheels certainly creates a challenge. Good luck and hope to see you meet up with some opt...

Re: Science diver* transplant looking to find community and keep up my diving experience
Bonus: I stumbled on this the other day-- the most screaming deal for soft weights I've ever found! Less than $1/pound. Holy smokes, am I reading this right? Soft weights are usually $5 a pound or more. (Might be a mistake, grab it fast.) https://www.walmart.com/ip/Soft-Weight-Bag-Pouch-Lead-for-BC...

Well we have dives in the Everett area on Tuesdays and Wednesdays pretty regularly and they are night dives during the winter. I can understand that may be a long trip in horrible traffic though. We are trying to get some more weekend dives going and will update here when we do... in Dive Planning
