Puget Sound Conch?

Last night at Redondo, I found what looked like a conch shell that you'd see in the Caribbean. Pictures are attached. I tried matching it to a species on this page for PNW gastropods , but didn't see anything obvious given the size and shape. Anyone know what species this is? Did somebody dump a vac...

If you don't mind shooting manual or switching brands, I can lend you an Ikelite DS-51 strobe or two any time. I know that isn't very helpful right now.

I was wondering where you were yesterday morning. Well, crap. Great detail on those shots. I've never noticed the little nodules along its back before. Derek- my apologies. Wasn’t sure if it was confirmed. I should have followed up. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk No worries. I should have texte...

I'm in. Anything I should bring?
Maybe Paper towels and Soft taco tortilla shells or a side dish, chips/salad?
I can bring compostable paper plates, paper towels/napkins, and a compost bag.

Nice shots! What kind of lighting source are you using with the TG6?
An Ikelite DS-51 for that dive. Been shooting with one of my DS-161s since.

Certainly looks like something in the cod family but what specifically I'm not sure; hopefully someone else weighs in. Can really young Walleye Pollock look like this?
Greg Jensen said it's a juvenile pollock. I thought the shape looked familiar. Thanks Greg!

ID help: Medusafish?

Last night at Redondo, I stumbled across an egg yolk jellyfish and found this little fish swimming in the tentacles. The fish was maybe 2 inches long. The translucence made me think it might be a juvenile. It doesn't really look like a younger version of the medusafish I found two years ago, but I u...

ThThTh 7/18

Haven't gotten much diving done this summer with the bad tides and bad viz. Was glad to get out to Three Tree North. I missed the majority of the site and spent my dive wandering around testing out the Olympus TG-6. I had fun. https://photos.smugmug.com/Underwater/Seattle-Diving/Three-Tree-North-201...
