Re: Hood Recommendations

The Ko1 hoods are good, but really strain my Jaw until they get stretched out. My favorite hood, if they just made it in a non bibbed version, is the Waterproof H1 10/5mm

Re: Rebreathers.....

what an incredibly amusing thread to read. So did Mr. Brown ever get a rebreather? Nope.... If this thread is so amusing and then why not just read it rather than resurrecting it from the dead can you imagine if somebody posted on the Octo thread that brought this board to national attention... Eve...

Re: OLED Bottom Timer

Finally got to use it at Lake Crescent. In the shallows with a lot of light, it wasnt view-able as had a reflective screen saver which made it worse. Once deeper, worked like a boss. No change in scooter weighting either.

OLED Bottom Timer

Re: Attached Drysuit Boots Cause Floaty Feet?

You went from a nice form fitting drysuit, to one that isnt and traps more air in places. You'll need to experiment with tank placement and lead to get balanced out.

Re: Scuba Show this weekend?

The scubajet was on interesting toy, but expensive and no real facts on it, like an actual depth rating, and runtimes besides just sayin an hour with nomention of configuration, etc. If they gave us a loaner, we'd runit throughthe paces, but I'm not gonna do that for them an pay 2k to do it.
