I would look at Grace Bay in Turks and Caicos. It is a beautiful island, east to get to, and amazing wall dives. I went in the March timeframe, so not 100% sure about October.

Welcome. We have a lot of photographers on this forum. The weekly Thursday dive (ThThTh) has several photographers. It is a little south, but lots of good divers attend on a regular basis.

The past week of diving has been truly amazing. Starting on Saturday, I hit Skyline with some good friends. Followed that up with Keytone, then back home for some six gills searching at Redondo.
