It looks like it's maintained by Shaw, which would put it in the 204.236.128.0/17 network range.

I've always been able to do it until I stopped diving as often during my military career. After I started back up again, it took a couple of years, but I have been able to do it again, just fine. I was wondering if the constant equalization makes the Eustachians/tympanic more flexible?
