Re: Skindiver from Everett, Washington
I'm game for some freediving to the North end of Sea-town. I'm just shy an exposure suit at the moment. (2XL anyone?)

Re: Need New Gear
Honestly, I don't think I have ever seen a camo wetsuit on the rack anywhere in Puget Sound area. That's not to say they don't exist, but you may have to do some work with your phone to find one. Try the coastal shops (Westport, Ocean Shores, Sequim, Port Angeles, Anacortes, Sekiu, Bellingham, etc.)...

Re: Need New Gear
I've seen some gear hanging on the wall at Lighthouse dive-(Lynnwood/Seattle). I recall Underwater Sports having small selection as well. I can ping my cuz to see where he gets his stuff. Not to many options for spear fishing around here, unless you go to the coast or up to BC. Otherwise, the interw...

Re: Cleaning out the Closet
What size is your BCD? I've got a chest size 46-48" (think L/XL T-shirt). Would you're BCD fit me?

Thanks! Good to be looking to make bubbles again. I live in the N end, so that looks more feasible. I will keep my eyes peeled.

Hello NWDC! I wish I had met you folks in 2000 when I was new to diving; may not have given it up for the past 19 years. But, then again, I was a young 20 something with no $$, so, probably better that I got out for a bit. Speaking of which, got out because I moved to university then never budgeted ...

Re: Newbie UW Video cam Advice
THANKS! Vjw. Yes, I am starting TOTALLY from scratch but on a tight budget. I've got a DSLR that I have no interest in flooding underwater and am exploring options. Most appreciated.

Newbie UW Video cam Advice
Hey folks- New to the idea of underwater vid capture. Curious if anyone has used the new GoPro 7 Hero action cameras (or any iteration of these) for diving in Puget Sound area. In effect I'm looking to capture the dive and other under water (UW) aspects but am not ready to choke on the cost of a hig...

Re: Old Diver, New Area
As a "CRAZY" person who has dove wet, and never used a dry suit, I say that it depends on you and what you're doing/ tolerance for cold is. I've found that if I am doing consecutive dives in less than "warm" (read under 70 deg) surface conditions, putting on a chilled wet suit is...
