I second the thank yous to Captains Cory and Chad!! I had a blast this weekend, every dive was phenomenal. I can't wait for the next trip!!!

YOU said you are considering a RB because you don’t like hauling all those tanks on your boat. IMO that is not an acceptable (to me) reason to increase risk so much while diving. I think that's the key here... it's not an acceptable reason TO YOU to go to CCR... A lot of people won't consider divin...

Who all is up for shore diving? Yeah, remember it is " easy " shore diving out there. Who wants to go bushwhacking? Shoot, if the H20doc did it, how hard can it be??? Seriously though, he did mention a fair amount of gear lugging. I didn't mean to sound for it to be easy, but it might be ...

Who all is up for shore diving? If I can find someone to go with, I'd like to shore dive the jetty on Sunday and free up a boat spot. H20doc also mentioned some other spots with beach access that looked like they might turn into good dives. anyone up for some exploration? I agree, we need more boats!!

I think the sensor size effects image quality, for example a 12 megapixel camera with a smaller sensor might be the same image quality as an 8 megapixel camera with a large sensor. And RAW is just the file type that I think saves more information than JPG or TIFF so you have more information to edit...

apparently my computer is broken... I can't watch vimeo on multiple browsers on my computer... any suggestions? I'm just getting a white screen (and I used to be able to watch them just fine... no updates or anything since)

I think my flag is too small.... Now THAT is a dive Flag!! Where on earth did you find a dive flag that big? I can't wait for the stories about the boaters, "Oh, I didn't see the flag....". :rofl: I have to say with all the other boats out there I was glad for the dive flag! I had a blast...
