What size glove do you wear 10 1/2 or 11?
I might be able to get you a pair to try out and see if they will work for you.

Re: removing paint on a tank...
+1 on the citristrip however it needs to warm up some before it works very well. I've used a abrasive sanding wheel to remove paint which is a lot messier but is not temperature sensitive. Whichever way you go make sure it is a well ventilated location and I would not sand it indoors too mcuh dust. ...

One problem I had in trying on the zip seal version of the neck seal is that I had a hard time fitting my head thru the opening I know that I am a fat head but there were also others that tried it on and had problems. I don't know if you have tried to put your head thru a zip seal but they run on th...

For your regulator service call Don Peterson at 360-385-3483. Don has his own dive store now in Port Townsend called Octopus Gardens Diving. He is the best tech around. I got a chance to tour the new shop and it is great.

We did not take a camera with us this time. The next time we go we will though. We shot some top side photos but my buddy has not sent them to me yet.

Diving Lake Crescent
Anyone know who we have to contact or what we have to do to get a permit to dive the Warren wreck.
I did some research and it says that a permit is required to dive that area but it does not say how to go about getting one.
Thanks,
Mike

Yep those jelly stings are a @#$^&!. I've been stung a few times but nothing as bad as what you are describing. I've read that meat tenderizer is a good remedy. Here is what the professional's say, http://firstaid.webmd.com/jellyfish-stings-treatment Hope it gets better. By the way nice pic's!!!...

Re: Drysuit undergarment socks
Thanks to everyone for your replies and suggestions.
I don't have a problem with my feet getting cold I have trouble sliding them into my suit.
I'll look into the Fourth element socks and the weezles.
Thanks again!

Drysuit undergarment socks
I have been using some polypro socks with my drysuit undergarment but they don't slide very well into my drysuit feet.
I am thinking about getting some lycra socks hoping that they will have less friction.
I'm wondering what other people are using?
Thanks,
Mike

Re: SI Tech vs Viking ring systems?
As far as dexterity the gloves are going to "shrink" at depth due to increased pressure and some ring systems do not have a method for equalizing. It also depends on how thick the liner glove is that you use. I wear a size 11 rubber glove with a thick wool liner glove in the colder water m...

Re: SI Tech vs Viking ring systems?
I have been using the "old" style viking rings (inner hard plastic ring and rubber outer ring) for years and they have worked great. A few years back my buddy broke his inner ring and I was able to make a replacement out of PVC. I found a great place online (Magid gloves) to buy the gloves...
