Re: Dive Site Maps?
I'm not having much luck finding Cove 1 either. Anyone happen to know approximate locations and depths for the big tire, bike rack, pipeline, sand hill, and toilet? I may be able to transpose them into a map using photoshop.

Dive Site Maps?
Anyone have a map for the following dive sites or know where I can get a copy of the maps?: - Mukilteo T-dock - Cove 1 - Redondo Beach I am trying to update my records and can't seem to find any maps for these sites. Does anyone have underwater maps for these sites? I really would like to try and tr...

OR, let me see what I can do. If it's early enough I may be able to do at least one dive earlier in the morning. What time were you thinking of doing the first dive?

Re: Dec 26-28 - Cove 1 Mapping Buddy
That works. Cove 1 isn't huge and shouldn't take too many dives to graph out. And if we finish the mapping piece of things I'd say use the remaining time to just hit a few fun, care free dives.

Re: Dec 26-28 - Cove 1 Mapping Buddy
Sure thing archisgore. I'm not going beyond 80'-90' in depth (if that far) and these dives aren't anything technical. Realistically they're going to be using a U-search pattern to diagram the sea-floor and various things to see within Cove 1 and documenting approximate coordinates, topography, etc s...

That'd be great! And if you know anyone else that wants to come it'd be awesome to get 3-4 people. Sort of a divide and conquer concept.

Dec 26-28 - Cove 1 Mapping Buddy
Hey NWDiveClubbers! I'm trying to finish up my DM Cert and the last thing I need to tackle is my Mapping project. I've gotta get out and set a map of Cove 1. I'm certified to Solo, but woul prefer to dive with a buddy for safety and perhaps there is another DMC out there that needs to do a map as we...

Portable Hot Water Shower System - Any great DIY Ideas?
Living in an apartment on anything but the ground floor with no garage is a major pain when it comes to gear management. Like NWDC Member monk mentioned in his thread ( http://www.nwdiveclub.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=19351 ), it requires multiple trips back and forth to bring all the gear back int...

Hey Matt,
Any chance you could bring it to work tomorrow? May see about having her try it on and if it fits we could snag if off you.

Looking for an inexpensive/free Small Westsuit
Hey there, So my girlfriend is finally getting certified to dive, but she gets a bit cold and we want to get a wetsuit, but our funds are limited. Does anyone out there have a wetsuit they aren't using or don't want hanging around anymore that would fit someone around 5'3"-5'5" and maybe 1...

Anyone looking to get out this afternoon or maybe get out and do some night diving tonight?? Was thinking Muk T-dock or if anyone has a good suggestion. Anyone out there in Hood Canal/Hoodsport willing to show me around some of those sites out that way?

Re: No work for three days time to dive
Json,
I want to dive but I haven't made any commitments to any specific site. There are a ton down in the South Sound that I haven't dove that I'd love to do. Any in particular you're looking at diving?

Afternoon dive - Muk T-dock
Anyone interested in hitting the T-dock this afternoon? Thinking a late splash around 1 and perhaps a 2nd around 3 then grabbing a bite at the Diamond Knot. Any takers?

Re: Craigslist deals
These look like the old Tekna DV-3X scooters. They're decent enough and with some TLC will keep up ok with the Apollo AV1's. Though if they're like the Tekna you'll sound like you're driving a MAC truck underwater and everyone will hear you coming! Tempting as a little project....

Re: Got called an idiot for selling my pony!
So I've dove a pony on and off since I bought all m gear a couple years ago. And like just about everyone else on here, it's pretty much just been there more as a 'just in case' setup. That said, I help with a lot of OW courses and I have had to use it a couple times for various reasons. I wouldn't ...

My roommate's brother in law has one he is looking at getting rid of. I've heard it's a nice suit. I can see what he'd take to get rid of it.

Ross,
I would check on ebay for one. I ran into a similar problem when I was looking for a housing for my old camera and I had to go on ebay to even find anyone that had the housing.
