I still plan on attending, and it is written into my calendars. Been pretty busy, and it's not until December. Am I/are we supposed to do something now? I have enough issues planning my next seven days, let alone over two months from now, beyond knowing what I'm doing that weekend. It is a tad aways...

Calvin's Avatar...

Calvin, your avatars elicit an "OMG!" moment more times than not. I'm not sure if this :smt119 or this :crybaby: is the proper response.

By the way, my argon bottle, an aluminum 14/2150, may have ss compression bands, but the bands have a rubber cover, so its not ss on al. I could not unscrew the connecting d-rings without taking off my backplate, but I am not worried about that. My argon bottle is between me and my wing, right next ...

I find, once in the water, not much difference between my single 100s, and my double 100s. It makes it very easy to switch back and forth. I do use two different, but similar wings depending upon doubles or singles. Both are Halcyon donut wings, Eclipse and Evolve. [Mmm... donuts...] The only real d...

Just for the record, Epuffy is no flailer, and he handled his first dry suit experience well, especially since we were a bit crowded by others. Calvin, him, and I had a great dive and time!

I bought my entire argon set-up from TDL, Tech Diving Limited, via the internet. I do have an argon specific first stage/cylinder valve - it is all one piece. There is no knob - it is always on, so less to get in the way, and/or break off. I think it is great! The cylinder has two stainless steel co...

I cannot do the first weekend of December. I might have anywhere from one to three other divers interested, but that weekend is bad for them too.

No can do charter diving this weekend. LG, you may want to verify with David he has tanks available for people to use. I know his boat provides air fills. Just don't remember tanks being available. If you don't mind hot-fills, only need one tank. If bring two, one could be filled, then cool down whi...

Yes, I'm late, but didn't see the post until now. I would purchase a size large. I think what would be cool would be red and white tye-dye, otherwise black would be fine. Thanks!

Crazy good visibility this past weekend at Keystone, Maury Island, and Sunrise. Dog fish at Sunrise were pretty cool. Here's a poser:

North Wall is a great dive! Did it as boat dive part of my AOW. Saw wolf eels and octos. Sounds like with Banditos, and is $75. Johnny's is Johnny's Seafoods dock down in Tacoma. Won't be in town, otherwise I would be interested.

vacation?

So, Cuppie - have you-all been on vacation or something? Been a long time. My friend wants to be done by 9 to 9:30. I would like to try two dives, but not sure if we have the time given the parameters. Would be great if we could be done with the first dive around 7:30-ish, so could do a second one.....
