I dove it myself... being a bigger guy and doing it in doubles, I didn't have the problems I thought i would have. I am ready to go again... I feel that I missed out on some of the exploring due to the silt (I think I was in the same group as Mateo1147).

Try Island Divers Hawaii... they run charters out of Joint Base Hickam-Pearl... some of the best spots on the Island that most charters don't get to. As for carry on... I've used the Dive Caddy.net with varying degrees of success...

Hopefully it wasn't the divers who harassed your wife. Harpers is used allot for training and has a couple of wrecks (although small) and plenty of little stuff at the pier. We have a local guy who likes to harass divers even though his significant other at the coffee shop (great lady) enjoys us as ...

Guam has some of the best diving in the world... it's the only thing to do on that f'n rock. Its awesome diving Japanese airplane wrecks from shore. Go to MDA for their charters too the twin wrecks and the blue hole.

Jim from Sound Dive and I have been talking about this... he'll be bringing this up at a meeting next week with the Port Orchard Rotary Club. Most new divers certified in the Kitsap area do their open water ckeck outs there... Harper even has a resident GPO at the small sailboat wreck now.

Harper Fishing Pier near Port Orchard now has no parking signs posted next to the water. While you can drop your gear off at the pier, you now have to park up the street (in the ditch).

I have no problem pushing my LP95s up to 3200... AL80s, I cringe when I see 3300...

Count me in... The only problem is I am one of those Navy guys who will be leaving for a 6 month vacation.I'll most likely be gone on the 11th but I am definitely interested.

I'm going to start on the Sport Kiss... But I am still trying to decide between the classic and the sport. I do have a 6 week underway starting soon. As soon as I get back I'll be starting.
