I ended up renting the Iridium 9505A. I'll pick it up on the 20th at Blue Cosmo in Seattle. I will be using it outside the western boundary of the Denali National Park.

If you don't have an attitude of "keeping up with the Jones'", then your gear should last you a long time. It also depends on what kind of diving you predict in future years to come, but if it's all just recreational diving, and nothing else, then your gear is sufficient from what I've see...

Wow what a turn out last night. The crab was delicious and there was a LOT!!!! 10 or so divers maxing out on 15-20 minute dives. Three boiler pots full of crab, corn and potatoes. I use a 4" pipe with an outside groove to keep the large gasket in place when you collapse and expand that pipe.
