Re: Any recent dogfish sharks?
They can actually school in the hundreds, as my dad and I had experienced fishing as a kid. You reel one up and 5 or six will come up with it. I've only ever seen the lone rangers while diving though

Day Island S. Wall
Went out with the Marker Buoy group to Day Island this morning and couldn't have had better conditions. Fritz timed the currents perfectly. With zero current and 25ish foot viz. Wolf eels were all over us and were more than excited for a snack. There were so many Wolfies that I didn't have enough tu...

Re: Viz Reports Thread
Mukilteo was 50+ feet this morning at the Boeing Pier. In-effing-sane. Diving the Boeing Pier at the end of the dock I could kneel on the bottom, look up and see the waves rippling on the surface (and the 16 tire-sized egg yolk jellyfish strung out like wire between the pilings that I ended up savin...

Found in Lake Washington on Tuesday
I knew Marlboro had brown beer bottles in the 40's but I cant find a lick of info on this guy. It stands about 11.5" and 3" wide at the base

If there's no meat in the crab that means they're soft shell and are being harvested illegally

Madrona Wall, Lk Washington 7/6/16
i had heard about the Madrona Wall a while back and last night I decided that I would go look for it. First off, if trying to attempt this, the entry through the swim area when the lifeguards are on duty will cause issues. On Planyourdive it said that the wall starts to slope down around 30ft. I ran...
