What are you load testing your batteries with? I have been looking to get a good testing instrument.

Would a stokes litter or backboard somewhere on site at the coves be worthwhile as a means to get a distressed diver out of the water so interventions can begin? They would have to be out of the water before an AED could be used and a litter would have use in many other situations.
