How can I keep the avatars from showing up on my screen?

I am at work and the avatars make it look like I am fooling around. How do I turn them off?

I hope you can get out to Darwin and Wolf. Katrina and I were out there 12 years ago. If you have some extra cash I might think about getting a PLB or a radio in a canister for diving out there. We surfaced quite a distance away from our tender and it took him a couple of minutes to find us. There i...

I still have this suit available for sale. I am trying to sell it locally so the buyer can try it on first but I haven't had much luck. I am thinking of putting it on eBay if I can't sell it around here. Thanks,

Jeff

For sale DUI 50/50 small womans drysuit 2 years old $900

My wife wanted a different suit #-o so her old one is for sale. 50/50 custom drysuit - nylon on top (silver/grey) and compressed neoprene bottom and socks rock boots for womens shoe size 6 (socks on suit fit larger foot - could use neoprene boots if desired) latex wrist seals and neoprene neck seal ...

I found a Maine lobster in Edmonds underwater park about 10 years ago. I am sure it was a Maine lobster because I used to catch them all the time when I dove in RI. It was a "full" size lobster. Probably released during some ritual. You only have to worry when you find the small ones. That...

air testing

I agree with Captain Jack. Periodic air sampling does not tell you much. Constant monitoring and proper filter selection is better. I think you will find anyone willing to set up their own compressor will be more informed of these issues than the minimum wage temporary dive shop tank employee.

"Oh ... and who said anything about back trouble? When I choose to dive doubles, I use E8 119's ... " The back trouble was in reference to the original poster. Rob dives twin LP104's and I fill them with Trimix. I bitch and moan every time I have to take them in and out of the car. I use t...

I don't know how well they rinse it. To solve the problem I think you would need to remove the pin after every dive.

I'll ask Dave D tonight. Dave, Gray, and I are diving the Mukilteo Oil dock for crab around 8pm, your welcome to join us.

The few people I know who have the quick draw bracket complain about the pins freezing solid (over time) and not being able to remove the bracket.

Any thought about going with smaller twins? They would probably weigh as much as a regular tank/bracket/pony combo.\

Just a thought.

Bob, I thought you were DIR trained? ;) Slinging a AL40 full of air is not DIR and I am a little confused at how you could recommend that or a pony bottle??? A slung bottle is great to have but the gas in it is not readily accessible. You still need to turn the bottle on and deploy the hose. Solo di...

Personally I would stay away from the light cannon. It's no brighter than the UKD8R 30W. If you really really cant afford a canister light then the UKD8R 30W would be my choice. 10W HID canisters lights have come down in price but you will have to search around. Stick with the spot over the flood. B...
