Re: Weezle Drysuit Undergarments for Northwest Diving

Nope....afraid not. You sure could use it up there with all the diving you're going to do!

Lately, I've been getting the Weezles about 1 to 1 and 1/2 weeks after I order them from the UK. The order I just received yesterday arrived in LESS than a week, but that's unusual.

Re: Great White Shark at Ocean Shores

The only recorded shark attack on a human by a Great White occurred at Pacific Beach in 1989, just a few miles North of Ocean Shores. The victim was a surfer, and the attack was not fatal. I first found mention of the attack while perusing the International Shark Attack File, but here is another lin...

Re: La Paz in Jan/Feb

Oh....and I forgot the BIG draws - whales and whale sharks. You will either see them.....or you won't. It's all a matter of luck. Over the years down there I saw Pilot whales, humpbacks, greys, and even a HUGE mother Blue Whale and her calf (incredibly thrilling!). Some years we saw NO whale sharks ...

Re: La Paz in Jan/Feb

It has been over ten years, but La Paz diving can be wonderful if you know what to ask for AND have an operator that will take you. My favorite dive operator was the Cortez Club at the La Concha resort, run by a Brit named James....whose last name escapes me right now. Most sites are fairly mundane,...

Re: Weezle Drysuit Undergarments for Northwest Diving

Christmas is coming up (Egad!), so I figured that I'd better encourage some advanced planning out there for anyone wanting to give or receive a Weezle! The last couple weeks of December are hectic with US Customs since so many millions of products are streaming through into the United States, so it...

Re: Weezle Drysuit Undergarments for Northwest Diving

John, I'm planning on getting one (extreme plus), but I just not sure on my size. I might be a Med Long or a Large, but will have to measure again tonight as I forgot. Anyone have one of those sizes that I can try on? Cool....just let me know when you're ready to go on it! Is there anyone out there...

Re: How common is deep air? NHZ

Unlike (I'm pretty sure) everyone participating in this discussion, I am old enough to remember when "Deep Air" was it. When I was younger Nitrox and Trimix were simply not available, and if they had even been thought up at all they were somewhere stored in the back of someone's mind. We h...

Re: Puget sound kings

It used to be legal to harvest Puget Sound King Crab years ago. My best friend, Sparky", and I would go up to the San Juans in January and February specifically to dive for them. We'd take our families, rent a cabin, and eat some of the finest seafood known to mankind. PSKC are absolutely delic...

Re: Waterproof vs Weezle Undergarment

Quick report on a 120 minute dive in the lake last night. warmest I've ever been on lake dives and also realized i was wet after the dive ended.. I had no idea during the dive I was wet.. It was just nice and toasty! and zero dumping issues.. in fact, there is no difference dumping gas with the wee...

I believe that it's a "Razor" system.

And, by the way, if you go all the way to the credits at the end you'll see that it isn't Brian in the video. Probably one of his buddies, though, I'd bet!

Oh, no! I just read the article you posted. How tragic! Ken was a wonderful man, kind-hearted, friendly, and fun to be around. As one of the divers that was actively involved in the recovery of his plane, I shall always remember the sheer adventure of it all, and the fun of meeting Ken for the first...

Re: Weezle Drysuit Undergarments for Northwest Diving

I have been PM'd recently by a couple of folks wondering if I will still continue to sell Weezles despite my forced retirement from diving. The answer to that is YES. The business will continue, and anyone wanting to buy a Weezle need only send me an e-mail or PM to get the ball rolling....
