Re: Best Dry Glove System
I like the "old" style Viking ring system.
The rubber outer ring is bulletproof and if I break the inner plastic ring I can make a new one out of PVC. They are easy to take apart and put back on and the gloves are easy to put on just pull on over the ring and go dive.

Something that you might consider offering is just the light head. I don't need to replace the my entire light I just want to replace the light head I have a cannister that I want to use already. If that was available at a reasonable price I would buy one.
Just my $0.02.

Re: Hat Island site info?
Hat Island Reef can be surface current sensitive but I have never noticed a discerable bottom current at that location and the current has never been so bad that I could not kick against it. We dove there on Monday and we had a North wind and an ebbing tide (-3.6 feet). The anchor line was slack aft...

5/28 Scatchet Head 3 feet at 30 feet
5/28 Hat Island (Gedney Island) fishing reef suspended "snot" down to 25 feet then 10-15 feet below that.
One of these days the weather is going to cooperate when I am out on the boat and not be windy or rainy.

Re: Setting the Hook
My dive buddy sent me a link about a review in the Everett Herald about this book. I read the article and thought here's another book about diving the Doria and I didn't give it much thought until I needed to increase my Amazon order to get free shipping. I bought the book and once I started reading...

Check out DCS films,
http://www.dcsfilms.com
Also you could search you tube for dive videos unless you don't have wi-fi or reception where you work out.

Re: first dive with My Gopro
Very cool.
I just got a Gopro camera and I can hardly wait to use it. I got the blurfix lens for mine.
Looks like the camera handles low light well.
What video editing software are you using?
Thanks,
Mike

Re: Dry Gloves new Source?
Size 11 and 10.5 both work with my Viking rings. I wear 11's in the colder months when I wear thicker gloves and 10.5's in the warmer months when I wear thinner gloves. 10.5 is a better fit for me but they are harder to put on.

Sure I have a pair of 11's you can try out. I see that you are in Woodinville maybe we can meet somewhere on Hwy 9 or I can just mail them to you let me know what works.
