Neon is inert and has been used for commercial and some old school deep diving, just very very expensive.

If all you want to do is kill some paper at the range get a 9 and shoot it all day long. At $9.50 a box its cheap , especially compared to .45. call ron at adventures down under , he just did my neck seal. quick turn around, great price and awesome quality. i am not sure if he does boots but i know he does zippers so boots gotts be easy in comparison.
