Commercial divers do have "stops" on the way up but once back on ship have less than 5 minutes to be stripped of gear and into the chamber with the inner and outer doors shut and back under pressure. Commercial diving is a young persons game. It is very hard on the body. Saturation divers ...

The diving was great.

I was wanting to take a few Ratfish pics but I think Ron scared them off before I could get a pic.

Have to go thru my pics and see what turned out good enough to share.

Seth ~ Thanks for showing me the wolf pair. I did get a pic...

I agree Cove #2 is not a good place for DIT to do their training. Cove #1 is a much better choice. Those guys don't dive ~ they lumber along the bottom. Has anyone spoken directly to DIT? I know much of the time the person leading the training selects where and when the "dives/training" ta...

Mine said I was clueless and that I must work as a stripper.
I wonder if I should be considering a career change.

It was correct in saying that I usually only go to Starbucks when I tag along with friends.

Not my favorite brew.

My daughter is a DIT graduate. She loved the school and is enjoying the work. DIT is a COMMERCIAL DIVING SCHOOL !! Commercial diving and Recreational diving are not the same thing. I dove with several of the students while they were learning their NAUI OW cert. They were not good recreational divers...

I just bought a Whites Catalyst 360. I have to buy custom so I am waiting for them to make it.
Hoodsport dive is offering a great package deal on them.
Give Ron a call if your still looking for a suit.

I dove my last Whites suit for almost 8 years before it started giving me trouble.

I have always been taught that Nudi's breath thru their skin.
So taking one out of the water will cause it some stress.

Is there room for one more diver?

I was diving Redondo on New Years day when I met a few members of this board. As divers always do ~ We got to swapping tales and they told me about this place. I reconize a few names so it already feels comfortable here. I have been diving since the fall of 97. Most of my diving is done in Puget Sou...

I have dove a Cyklon since I first started diving in 1997. I tend to dive upside down at times and love the side exhaust. I have dove this reg in the cold Puget Sound waters. The warm waters of Puerto Rico and Utila. I even dove them in a fresh water quarry in Indiana. I have NEVER had a free flow o...
