What an awesome shot! I wonder where he thinks he's going, out and about to see the world? Or maybe he was just tired?

Re: Can anyone help this guy?
Has anyone let him know that Sounder is on the trail? He might be relieved to know that there are people interested in helping him. It would also be funny if he found a willing diver and that diver found the reel by now. I think the cleanup idea is a good one anyway. I've seen bits of nets around co...

The difference in spine length is not noticeable- one-fourth the test width in whites, one-fifth in greens. And this seems to vary somewhat with size, with little ones appearing to have proportionately longer spines. Whites have fewer spines than greens. Greg, we are very lucky to have your experti...

OR, you could drive around asking "are you Sounder" - that might be entertaining. Course, if I see you coming, I'll answer "no" just to watch you drive around and around asking random people if their name is "Sounder!" HA! :bootyshake: ok, so i'm really blind w/o my gl...

That is inside the diver exclusion area. He approached me in the parking lot on Wednesday and asked for my help, and I pointed this out to him. I told him it would be difficult to find someone willing to violate the boundary rules...as much as I felt for him, I couldn't do it. I didn't think about ...

I am quite happy to be an illustrious? member of the WP. :) Since we're going to be there most of the day I will set up in the pay lot. I have seen people set up canopies over the ends of their parking spaces if we're all grouped together, or maybe we can commandeer a trailer parking spot. Sounder, ...

I met Sheri at Cove 2 last night for a practice dive…we've been working on descents and last night planned on doing a couple in somewhat deeper water. After a couple of false starts with equipment issues, and a discussion about the “three strikes and we’re calling the dive!” philosophy, we finally m...
