It appears to have been recently lost as it is clean and in good condition.

From what I have seen, it appears the trail deuceage is from people camping.
The pile in the middle of the parking area would have been a message.

Found a mask with some strong corrective lenses at Jorstad Creek a couple of weeks ago.
These have been on the bottom for quite a while.

US Cylinder in Vancouver, Sanderson Fire and Safety downtown Portland and United Fire and Safety on MLK will all do hydro's for $20 and are aware of the special procedures for galvanized tanks as well as checking the REE # to give a tank a + rating on the hydro.

Search fire and safety in any market as most of them do hydro's.
In the Portland/Vancouver area they are usually $20 per tank walking in off the street.

This is a multi seller event. There may be some shops show up with used gear.
But the main people will not be vendors, just lots of people from CL and other clubs there to sell their extra gear.

Well I cant find the second AL 30 right now but the one I can find has a born on date of 06-01 with hydro and VIP of 02-13.
