But I did see the HP movie, and I really felt like I missed alot of stuff (the books are getting longer but the movies aren't). I agree with you that they did leave out some stuff. I understand why they have to do it though. But I was talking with some friends who haven't read the books and they we...

I think that shore sherpas (as I like to call them) are extremely valuable and also extremely rare. So thanks for the offer wrongjohn, I may be taking you up on it. It is true that most of us probably dive at spots and at times when there are going to be other divers in the water coming and going. ...

I don't know.. I know there is a sign at Seacrest that says something about 'divers are requred to have a flag' yadda yadda yadda.. But very rarely do divers actually bring a flag.. Sure instructors do because of the liability of students and all that.. And like I said I am just as guilty of not br...

I could be mistaken, but I believe dive flags are already required anywhere you are planning to dive... Yes, I know that we as a collective group usually do not bring the flag.. I am guilty of this myself many times, but I do think it is required or on the books as law or something.. The guy was ob...

Its always the people who haven't really read Harry Potter who pretend like it isn't very good, or that it would be boring or something. And then when and/or if they ever do read the 1st book, they are 98% of the time hooked. And I am not talking about the movies (although they are great, they are ...

Ok.. So if any of you didn't know.. I am a complete Harry Potter freak.. And I was at the midnight showing for the new movie on Tuesday night. (I was completely off the planet yesterday, what with the heat and being sooo sleepy) so I thought I would post a quick review today.. I LOVED IT!! The acti...

4th of July Dive anyone?
I am looking forward to having a day off this week and as that never happens for me during the week, I want to take advantage of it.
Anyone up for a mid morning south end dive? I am thinking like a 9 or 10 am meet time..
Cheers,
Holly

Holy CRAP!!! Wow how scary.. I know that Les Davis can get a little rough at night, but this is rediculus. Guess I will be sticking to Saturday mornings there from now on. Not that that makes that much of a difference but at least you would think with the hordes of families and exercisers the hood ...
