I use Ocean Divers, I can't help you with info about silent world. Check the decostop. I am sure you will get some opinions there.

I like Ocean Divers. Great boats, they go every day. They will dive wth as few as 2 divers. There is hotel right at the dock. The hotel is old, but it's clean and quiet. Everything can be arranged throu OD.

The wind report that I saw shows 27 knot winds. In my experience that would be a tough surface swim. I have done Flagpole many times. My advice is to pick another day for that swim.

I have only done Day Island a few times, but my dives there are great memories. Before I took any pictures I had a couple of really spectacular encounters with the local Wolfies!
