Yep, Dale had free diving fins and his front roll entries were awesome. Monster Quest was purely entertainment slant, so keep that in mind. It was not intended as a documentary for northwest diving.

Six gill footage should be part of shark week if it runs this year.

Time to downsize....sigh.. Gently used gear for sale: Apeks WTX series single wing (40 lb lift), wtx harness (size M, but adjusts alot), Apeks ss back plate and sure lock weight system (pockets that fit on waist webbing, will hold 10 lbs ditchable weight in each) $600.00 Atomic SSI air source $50.00...

That Valerie....she is always finding the cool stuff!!! Congrats! If the weather had only cooperated I would have joined you.....but I was shoveling snow with a dustpan (who actually owns a snow shovel when they live in a marina????)

No wind yet on the water in Tacoma....but then again I am not on a hill either. It is kind of freaky to watch it snow on boats

I-5 north to Federal Way from Tacoma was clear.....but the wooden dock from my boat to the parking lot was solid ice! I thought I might end up in Puget Sound with no dive gear at one point, which would not have been pleasant....

What I saw today is that the crane is dismantling/removing the old "conveyor" belt loading assembly. The dolphins are still in.....and that old boat is still tied up at the north end of the dolphins. I hope that the DNR info is correct and diving will be allowed back in that area at some t...
