Northwest Dive Club

Hey Tang, Yes the club is having it's dive there and as I said, you can be sure that Bandito will have at least 2 of it's boats there if Sunrise is diveable...the club is planning to splash at 945am.... You do the math. :) I love Sunrise but I don't like dive sites that look like an LA traffic jam.....

I think I would opt for Titlow as the Sunrise wall may be a bit crowded...I can't dive till about 10 any way.

Dave, Sorry you are sick, bummer... But did you know that the PS DepthChargers are having their club dive at Sunrise on Sat as well, which means that every charter boat will be there too. Last time there was something like 30+ divers on that little wall. I would like to dive on Sat but can't make it...

I'm in whatever time...due to my lack of diving this week and weekend...BUMMER!!!

I talked to Mike this morning and he suggested that we not dive. Strong winds, heavy surf and waves. I have done this before at Hood Canal and it isn't any fun, especially with twins on, trying to get in the water. Viz was sooo bad. I really want to dive but don't want to drive 2 hours to call a div...

My grandparents were from Finland...can't speak the language anymore...but I bet I could with a refresher course!
Hadn't thought of diving there. Maybe...

I read that story on Dave Shaw and saw the video...not good.
I have a hard time believing that he went back that deep to retrieve a skeleton. Still....pretty ballsy stuff. Just too bad that he became a victim and nearly got his buddy (safety diver) killed as well.

Dave, I have used my twin (doubles) HP 80s with my dive rite transpac and no back plate, before the plate was the "norm". I used the stabilzer plates that you pictured to hold the bladder and harness to the doubles. Now I finally stepped up and got a Halcyon SS Backplate with a 10lb V weig...
