Re: Strangest equipment failure ever!

Could it be possible that when you depressurized the reg to put it on your buddies tank, the pressure in the hose cleared something plugging the orifice in the HP hose? It just doesn't make any sense that it could be the tank valve. If gas was passing to the lp side of the reg, it would have to go b...

These seem cool, but wouldn't you still have to breathe to get rid of CO2? And what about O2 toxicity? But hey if it works, who needs a scooter?

Re: Primary lights for new divers

I bought a dive rite 10W HID used, later flooded it and sent it to dive rite for repair. They offered to upgrade it to their HID1000 for just under 200. After the upgrade the light is really nice, before, the beam was not focusable, did not have a great hot spot, but I really liked it a lot anyway. ...

I'm planning on it for friday, maybe saturday. I find that the full moon usually means higher exchanges, as it occurs when the sun is on the other side of the earth from the moon, and both gravitational pulls "stack up". The currents don't get that serious in the south part of hood canal, ...

Nothing wrong with Bob's (or Bdub's) gas management course either. Been to one. No sore throat. The more information you have the more likely you will notice a shift in "the force".
