With the programable settings I took my 8 speeds and configured down to 5, starting on level 2. Additionally removed the safety start delay. There are some easy quality of life modes you can alter. my 2 psi I have read where the software cruise control has created issues, so if you really need cruis...

Re: Newbie diver saying hello
Well we have dives in the Everett area on Tuesdays and Wednesdays pretty regularly and they are night dives during the winter. I can understand that may be a long trip in horrible traffic though. We are trying to get some more weekend dives going and will update here when we do... in Dive Planning

RIP Bobby Borenson
Truly a great guy and we were blessed to have him on many Bubbles and Suds dives. His passion for diving and photography was truly admirable. Bobby reported his sickness only 5 short months ago and since then his family has spent quality time with him and he passed peacefully in his home. I am sure ...

Re: Edmonds Underwater Park 20 MAY 23
Yeah one thing about PNW diving is learning our tides. We have some large water exchanges at times (12 feet) and this causes currents, especially in shallower dive spots. So it can make even mellow dive sites like Edmonds pretty busy in terms of current. A later dive that day (8pmish) would be a lit...

If you are on the book of faces, make sure to search Bubbles and Suds. We tend to dive pretty regularly. I try to post in here too, but sometimes forget. We tend to dive Mukilteo, Edmonds, and other areas

Re: Diver rescued at Mukilteo
How much air did they have in their tank?
Did they have a long hose?
What color was their snorkel?
Blade or split fins?
What gradient factor?
Did they have redundant air?
How the hell are we expected to learn from these?????

Re: Concerning the removal of derelict aquatic structures and restoration of aquatic lands
More underwater habitat/park sounds nice, but is someone altering a popular dive site without warning? Is that how it works at Mukilteo? Yes, currently that is how it "works" in Mukilteo. I agree with Jake where as long as garbage is not being added and called an attraction, and people ar...

Re: Concerning the removal of derelict aquatic structures and restoration of aquatic lands
Someone has been investing their retirement on adding attractions, some of which I think are pretty great. One is a rock path from the dolphins at the entry point all the way to the dome. Recently a deep buoy has been re-added (my last two have disappeared), we dived it last Wed and it's pretty grea...

Re: Back to diving after a long hiatus
Hey Martin, we dive weekly in the Everett area on Wednesday nights. We also intend to start having some weekend A.M. dives soon so I will post here when we do. We are the Bubbbles and Suds group, you can google us, we are on the book of faces and I have been trying to post dives in here as well.

There are many south end divers, I assume they will speak up. We dive Wednesdays "bubbles and suds" but are in Everett.
